An employer is seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Manager/Director with routine day-to-day shop operations during allocated shifts. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Serve customers at the counter and ensure a high standard of customer service at all times. Assist staff during busy periods and ensure tasks are completed as required. Handle customer enquiries and assist in resolving basic complaints promptly. Assist with receiving stock deliveries and restocking shelves. Carry out regular stock checks and report low stock levels. Ensure products are correctly priced, displayed, and kept tidy. Assist with basic cash handling, EFTPOS transactions, and end-of-shift cash checks. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained on the shop floor. Ensure staff follow workplace procedures and health and safety requirements. Perform general shop duties as required to support daily operations.
Job Requirements
Previous retail or service station experience preferred but not essential (full training provided) Good communication and customer service skills. Availability to work weekends and flexibility to work across trading hours Have a Updated CV
