We are seeking an empathetic and motivated Full time Support Worker to join our specialist team in Dinsdale/Nawton.
You will provide both practical and emotional support to help clients achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Your responsibilities may include: - Meal preparation - Personal care (showering, toileting, grooming) - Administering medication - Bowel management, manual handling, and hoist transfers - Supporting community outings and social integration - Home management and daily living support

Job Requirements
We are looking for - Hindi speaking female preferred at patients request - Have an updated CV with at least 2 contactable referees - Positive attitude and genuine desire to support others - Previous caregiving or healthcare experience (desirable but not essential) - Computer literacy and ability to use Apps - Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work alternative weekends - High level of resilience, with an ability to cope with change and to be flexible - Understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and a commitment to meeting the cultural needs of Maori - Health and wellbeing level 2 certificate. If you don't have one we can assist the successful applicant to obtain one through the online course. - Be able to pass an MOJ check - Hold a Full NZ driver licence and reliable transport

- Wk 1:Mon–Sun Morning btwn 8am-12pm and evening 4pm and 6pm. Wk 2:Mon-Fri Morning btwn 8am-12pm and evening 4pm and 6pm (15 hours per week)
