Experienced Coffee and Ice Cream Maker
About this job
The successful candidate will be able to independently prepare, make, and store ice cream products and decorative elements. - Gather and prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, slicing, and dicing. - Stocking and storage of ingredients. - Prepare high-quality coffees for use in ice cream creations and, occasionally for customers. - Supervise and support junior staff in coffee and ice cream preparation, including daily machine setup. - Maintain and store equipment and tools appropriately. - Uphold and enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen and preparation areas. - Assist in daily operational setup of coffee and ice cream machinery.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have: - Expereince in a similar environment. - Exceptional attention to detail - Cleanliness, and consistency in food preparation along with the ability to follow production guidelines and lead by example in a collaborative team environment. - A genuine enthusiasm for artisan desserts, creativity, and exceptional presentation is expected.

- Mon - Sat, 6a, - 11pm, variable shifts (30 hours per week)

- $26 - $27 depending on experience
