Customer Service Officer
About this job
Come and work as a Customer Services Officer at Naenae Pools! As a member of the reception team you will create a welcoming environment for all customers, admitting access into the pool, and assisting with general pool information. You will assist the wider team with bookings, promotional material while offering support to the pool and fitness team including lifeguards.

Job Requirements
Have previous experience in a frontline, customer service position. Cash handling experience. Great customer interaction and admin skills. Must pass an MOJ and pre-employment drug test.
