Delivery Driver for Warehouse

A Grenada North-based event hire company, specialising in providing equipment and solutions for a wide range of events across the region, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver to join the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting event equipment to and from various sites across Wellington. You will ensure items are transported safely, delivered on time, and placed as requested by customers. The role also involves assisting with loading and unloading equipment, working closely with the warehouse team, and supporting event setup and pack-down where required.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys a mix of driving, physical work, and customer interaction. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth event delivery while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

• Hold a full, clean driver’s licence (Class 2 preferred; Class 4 ideal or willingness to obtain) • Safely operate company trucks for deliveries and pickups across the Wellington region • Load, secure, and unload event equipment, ensuring safe handling at all times • Deliver items to site and place them as directed by customers • Assist with packing, organising, and preparing equipment in the warehouse • Maintain a high standard of customer service when interacting on-site • Follow all health and safety procedures, including manual handling practices • Be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment throughout the day • Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills • Be flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the business when required • Previous experience in logistics, delivery driving, or events (preferred but not essential)
