We are seeking a Facilities and Operations Assistant to join our team based in Otahuhu.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Transport inmates from prison to Freedom House. • Assess inmates for appropriate rehabilitation programmes. • Allocate accommodation and introduce programme details to each inmate. • Liaise with catering and cleaning service providers as required. • Record and monitor inmate attendance. • Provide transportation services for inmates as needed. • Must be available to work on a rotating roster, including shift work.

Job Requirements
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a security-related role • Intermediate computer literacy • Full Class 1 driver’s licence • Must be available to work a rotating roster, including shift work • Prior experience or training in facilities operations, administrative coordination, or client programme support. These areas represent the majority of the role and require workplace training and supervision. • Must have updated CV

- 7 day rotating roster (5 days on and 2 days off) with AM and PM shifts. (30 hours per week)
