Project Manager/Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and professional Project Manager / Sales Representative to join our team in Central Otago. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that combines sales, technical expertise, and project management.

You will guide clients from initial enquiry through to project completion, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and exceptional service every step of the way. Based primarily in our Central Otago showroom, you will also spend time on-site working closely with homeowners, builders, and project stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships end-to-end, preparing accurate quotes, overseeing contract administration, and conducting on-site measurements to deliver tailored joinery solutions. You’ll also play a key role in generating new business opportunities while ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to specification.

• Experience in a similar sales and/or project management role, or a strong background in the construction industry • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships • Strong organisational and time management skills • Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly • Solid analytical and mathematical ability • Professional, client-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills • Full, clean New Zealand Driver’s License • Ability to pass a Pre Employment Drug Test & a Ministry of Justice Police Check We’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with technical capability and strong people skills, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
