Site Technician - Aluminium Windows & Doors

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Site Technician to join our team, supporting the ongoing performance and quality of our aluminium window and door systems.
This is a client-facing role where you will play a key part in ensuring our products continue to perform at the highest standard long after installation. You’ll be working closely with homeowners, builders, and our internal team, providing professional aftercare, maintenance, and on-site support.
Day to day, you’ll be out on site carrying out maintenance and adjustments, diagnosing and resolving joinery-related issues, and delivering a high level of aftercare service. Your ability to present yourself professionally and approach problems with a solutions-focused mindset will be essential, as you’ll often be the face of the business on site.
Job Requirements
• Experience in site glazing and/or exterior aluminium joinery (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship • Ability to diagnose and resolve joinery-related issues • Confident communication skills and ability to work directly with clients • Able to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively • Strong time management to ensure site visits are completed efficiently • Professional, solutions-focused attitude on site • Full, clean New Zealand Driver’s License • Willingness to learn, with training provided for the right candidate • Ability to pass a Pre Employment Drug Test & Ministry of Justice Police Check In return, we offer a supportive team environment and the opportunity to build your skills, with training provided for candidates who demonstrate the right mindset and willingness to learn.
