As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of the guest experience—creating a warm, seamless, and memorable stay from arrival through to departure. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that blends front desk administration with on-the-ground guest interaction in a luxury hospitality environment.

You will act as the central point of communication for guests and the wider lodge team, ensuring every detail is delivered with professionalism, care, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities - Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and engaging approach - Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Coordinate reservations, guest requests, and daily front office operations - Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email - Assist in planning and organising guest activities and experiences - Maintain accurate guest accounts, process payments, and complete daily audits - Support luggage handling, valet parking, and guest transport needs - Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments - Ensure presentation standards and guest areas are maintained to a high level

Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a customer service or front-facing role (hospitality preferred) - Confidence using computer systems and booking platforms - Experience with hotel systems (e.g., OPERA Cloud) is an advantage but not essential - Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet - A commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences

Requirements - Full, clean driver’s licence - Physically fit (able to assist with luggage and guest services) - Reliable personal transport due to remote location
