Taxi Driver

Are you a skilled driver who takes pride in providing a safe, smooth, and professional journey? We are looking for a reliable individual to join the team as a Taxi Driver.

The employer is seeking someone who is organised, punctual, and committed to maintaining high vehicle standards and excellent customer service.

Your Daily Responsibilities In this role, you aren't just driving; you are managing your mobile office.

Your tasks will include: Vehicle Safety: Checking the vehicle condition before every shift (fuel, tyres, brakes, and lights). Smooth Navigation: Planning the best routes to ensure passengers or goods are delivered on time. Customer Care: Providing polite, friendly, and professional service to all passengers. Safety & Compliance: Following all traffic rules strictly and reporting any vehicle incidents or problems to management immediately. Administration: Keeping the vehicle clean and maintaining accurate trip and fuel records as required.

The Details Hours: 30 hours per week. Schedule: Working Monday to Saturday. Shifts: General hours fall between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Stability: The employer provides a roster in advance so you can manage your work-life balance.

Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: License: A Full New Zealand Driver’s License with a Passenger (P) Endorsement. Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly. Reliability: A proven track record of being dependable and on time. Clearance: Must have no criminal convictions and be able to pass a drug test. Previous experience in a driving position is a must an updated CV on file
