Join the team at NZ's largest locally owned and operated hospitality group as a Night Porter
The Night Porter the role will include meeting, greeting and checking-in late guest arrivals, responding to guest enquiries, overseeing the security of the hotel property and reporting any incidents or concerns to the Front Office Manager and ensuring both the public and reception areas are kept clean.
Days shifts will involve greetings guests, assisting with bags & luggage, dealing with guest enquiries, valet parking, assisting with coach tour/ group arrivals & departures and liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
This is a full-time permanent position consisting of 2 x overnight shifts and 3 x day shifts
This role will suit someone with great customer service skills, a good work ethic, positive attitude and a good level of personal presentation

Job Requirements
Strong Communication Skills Positive Attitude Strong Work Ethic. Must be available to work a mix of days and nights Full Drivers Licence Pass Ministry of Justice Pre-employment Background Check
