About the role: • Climbing, trimming, and removing trees • Operating a range of machinery and equipment • Working safely at height and following strict safety protocols • Supporting the team on-site and taking direction when needed • Leading jobs (for experienced candidates) or developing into a leadership role

No two days are the same – you’ll be outdoors, active, and constantly building your skills.

• Level 3 Certificate in Arboriculture or relevant industry experience • A good understanding of site safety and respect for the risks involved • Full driver’s licence – willingness to gain Heavy Transport licence • Physically fit and comfortable with demanding outdoor work • Reliable, organised, and shows up ready to go • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Updated CV
