A Popular Cafe and Restaurant Bar in Mairangi Bay is looking for a person who genuinely loves people, leads with a warm smile, and takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment, values teamwork, and enjoys taking ownership of daily operations. Beyond making great coffee, you will be a key face of our cafe -someone who naturally connects with customers, supports the team, and helps maintain the high standards that define our cafe.

What You’ll Be Doing • Craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and care • Deliver warm, attentive, and thoughtful customer service that makes every guest feel welcome • Provide clear and knowledgeable information about our cakes, pastries, and products to help customers choose and enjoy their experience • Create a friendly, positive atmosphere that reflects our brand values • Process in-store and online orders accurately and efficiently • Respond to customer enquiries (in person and via email) with professionalism and kindness

What We’re Looking For • A naturally warm, friendly personality with a genuine love for people • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset • Confidence in managing busy service periods while staying calm and organised • Solid knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment • A proactive, responsible attitude and strong time-management skills

• Basic food handling and preparation skills

• Ability to attend an in-person interview or trial at our cafe
