Assistant Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Sylvia Park)

About the role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to drive store performance, support team development, and ensure every customer has a memorable shopping experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive, energetic store culture.

Key responsibilities:

* Supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators * Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members * Delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the in-store experience * Assisting with daily store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising * Maintaining high store presentation and brand standards

What we’re looking for:

* Must have min 1 year previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within fashion retail * Most updated CV outlining experience * Strong communication and team leadership skills * A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment * Confidence in achieving sales, wage, and stock control targets * A genuine passion for fashion and customer engagement * Must be flexible to work weekends and late nights as required * Must be able to pass an MOJ / Drug check as required
