In-Store Sales / Trade Support

Job Description Hands-on role in a busy industrial branch supporting sales, service, and daily operations. This position suits someone practical who enjoys working with tools, trade customers, and a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include: - Serving customers at the counter and over the phone - Quoting and processing orders while identifying sales opportunities - Recommending suitable welding and gas solutions - Supporting dispatch and maintaining stock accuracy - Maintaining merchandising and branch presentation - Resolving customer queries professionally - Contributing to sales and service targets

- Welding or mechanical experience (preferred) - Background in industrial retail, warehousing, or internal sales - At times will be driving company vehicle - Knowledge of welding products/applications is an advantage - Strong communication and customer service skills - Good computer skills and attention to detail - Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused team player - Willingness to learn and grow
