Dairy Farm Assistant
About this job
The role will include the following: - Assists in milking process - Follows procedures to produce high quality milk. - Assists in safe handling of animals, reports any health and welfare issues as per form policy - Controls weeds - Set break fences and feeds our as directed - Assists with Nutrient, effluent and water management as directed by farm policy - Safely uses and maintains vehicles on the farm Weekend work and On Call. Single person shared accommodation only available with this Vacancy. No pets allowed.
Job Requirements
Have a valid driving license - Restricted or Full Provide previous work references Able to lift heavy weights up to 20 kg Able to pass a Drug Test Able to pass MOJ Check
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday, roster between 4 am to 7 pm. Working in weekend, available on calls are required (30 hours per week)
