Quality Inspector

-Conduct thorough inspections of products, processes, or materials according to established quality standards and specifications. -Accurately document inspection results, including any discrepancies or non-conformities. -Use measurement tools such as callipers, micrometres, gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances. -Maintain organised and up-to-date records of inspection activities for reporting, traceability, and compliance purposes. -Communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant team members, supervisors, or other departments as required. -Support root cause analysis and assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). -Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans. -Assist with internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.

-Ability to obtain a Valid Construction Passport. -High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or certification in quality, manufacturing, or a related field is an asset. -1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality assurance environment preferred. -Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, or other relevant quality standards is a plus. -Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills. -Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures. -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. -Skilled in using basic measuring instruments (e.g., callipers, micrometres, gauges). -Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and reporting. -Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Good organisational and time management abilities. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems or related databases.
