Join a welcoming retirement village in Upper Hutt, where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility. This includes following planned and preventative maintenance programmes to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll also work with contractors and suppliers to get good value, and support the management team with small refurbishment projects.
Job Requirements
2–4 years’ maintenance experience, supported by a relevant vocational or technical qualification
Proven ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders
Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check with no prior convictions
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
