Front of House and Kitchen Hand
About this job
We’re looking for front-of-house staff who can also help in the kitchen when needed, to ensure orders are prepared and served quickly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced role at times, so being adaptable and able to handle busy periods is a real asset.
You’ll be taking and dispatching orders, managing payments, and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly. A good knowledge of Chinese cuisine is highly desirable, along with familiarity with popular Kiwi-style foods.
The takeaway is very popular with the local community, so we need reliable and friendly staff to help maintain those great relationships.

Job Requirements
Knowledgeable in Chinese cuisine and popular Kiwi-style foods
Experienced in front-of-house duties, including taking and dispatching orders
Confident handling cash and EFTPOS payments
Skilled in kitchen-hand duties when needed
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check
