Seeking a reliable, motivated, and skilled Cook to join the new team in Papamoa at a local bar. This role requires someone who can deliver high-quality dishes, maintain excellent kitchen standards, and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a consistently high standard. • Ensure all food handling practices meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations. • Support the kitchen team in day-to-day operations, maintaining a clean and organised workspace. • Oversee plating, portioning, and presentation to maintain quality and consistency. • Assist with seasonal menu updates and special event menus. • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to the Head Chef/Manager. • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes. Job Requirements
