A well-established flooring company in East Tamaki, specialising in transforming concrete floors and surfaces with a wide range of high quality finishes, is seeking a Resin Flooring Installer to join their skilled crew on a full-time, permanent basis.
The company works on decorative resin coatings, concrete grinding, floor preparation, and moisture treatments, delivering high-quality results across varied sites.
Duties include:
• Overseeing small project teams, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard. • Leading onsite work and managing the team during projects. • Assessing unexpected challenges and determine practical solutions. • Operating equipment such as remote control concrete grinders, concrete shavers/scarafiers, levelling pumps and mixers • Accurately measuring, mixing & applying materials according to specific instructions. • Occasionally reporting to a central site in East Tamaki before proceeding to project locations.

Job Requirements
Experience is essential. Candidates with painting knowledge may be considered due to the need for mixing resin colours.
Candidates may be required to undergo random drug testing as part of safety and compliance procedures.
Applicants will be asked to disclose any previous convictions to ensure there are no unexpected conflicts, such as court appearances or work restrictions, that could affect attendance or safety on site.
Must hold a full Class 1 driver's licence with reliable transport
The employer is looking for someone who is, or has the potential to become, a team leader. Team leadership experience is an advantage, but reliability, aptitude and the right attitude are crucial.
Must be willing to learn and apply the company’s specific systems, following instructions rather than relying on previous practices
Comfortable with physically demanding work and willing to get hands dirty.
Must be able to problem solve and make good judgement calls, be a strong team player, and be fit and physically strong.

- Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm. 35-50 hours per week (35 hours per week)
