A Motueka employer is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their fast-food restaurant. In this position you will be providing an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store. You will be responsible for running shifts and the store in the managers absence as well as training and coaching staff while driving performance. You will direct and motivate a team within a busy quick service restaurant. You will be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs as well as assisting with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environment. Supervisory experience, the ability to lead a team and some business understanding to help with the running of the store is required. You must have energy, integrity and drive to succeed and the passion to train and coach others. Experience within a customer service environment is also required.
