A food manufacturing company is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. There are day and night shifts available.
Key Responsibilities The Machine Operator will be responsible for supporting production operations and ensuring machinery and production lines run efficiently. Duties include: • Operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery • Monitoring production lines and carrying out regular quality checks • Minimising waste and maintaining efficient production processes • Loading and unloading materials to keep operations running smoothly • Following all health and safety procedures • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment • Working with team members to meet production targets and deadlines • Completing additional tasks as directed by supervisors
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or machine operation • Restricted driver licence (minimum) and own reliable transport – the factory is approximately 10 minutes out of town • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Criminal convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis • Updated CV showing relevant work history

- • Roster: 4 days on / 4 days off • 12-hour shifts • Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm • Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (40 hours per week)
