Trainee Pharmacy Technician and Retail manager

A Te Kuiti based employer is looking for a trainee technician and retail manager. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, present well and be capable of taking charge where need be.

Skills required for this role are as follows: - Have excellent customer service skills and customer service experience. - Be flexible in working to help within dispensary and retail as needed. - If you have supervisory experience, this is an advantage, however not totally necessary. - Having typing skills is beneficial in this role as this is required in your daily work often.

Taks involed in this position include, but are not limited to: - Receiving presecriptions preparing, mixing medicines under the supervision of pharmacists. - Serving customers and assisting them in the retail side of the store also. - Packing and labelling medicines. - Issuing and delivering and keeping records of completed prescriptions. - Maintaining stock levels, helping in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, organising and repacking bulk supplies into smaller containers. - Assisting with customers retail queries where needed. - Helping customers to manage customer flow within the store.
