Tenancy Manager
About this job
Our employer is looking to employ a Tenancy Manager to look after the day to day management of rental properties and tenancies in the Wairarapa. You will be part of of a support office team to deliver a customer-focused service to tenants. Key responsibilities include property inspections, dealing with complaints and queries, reporting, general administration etc. A full job description is available.
Job Requirements
A sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, the Building Act and related regulations and codes of practices, at least 5 years previous successful or rental related operations experience, full class one drivers licence, sound knowledge of building repair and maintenance, strong relationship, management skill across all walks of life and cultural backgrounds.
