About this job
A support worker or personal care assistant roles and responsibilities but not limited to: Assist and provide highest quality support catered to client’s needs in their own home, hospice, nursing homes, hospitals, health and disability or mental health services in public or private organisation. Committed to deliver highest quality care with empathy and support according to client’s catered care services plan and respect individuals’ cultural diversity. Assist in oral and personal hygiene, such as but not limited to showering, dressing, toileting. Assist in domestic tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, shopping etc. Assist or organise and accompany clients to their dental, medical, health and allied health care appointments. Job Requirements
Minimum restricted licence and own car Must pass a MOJ check Must be able to pass a drugs test
Level 4 Advanced Care (Health and Wellbeing) or 3 years exp
