General Orchard Worker

An established apple and boysenberry grower in Hope is seeking a motivated and reliable orchard hand for a permanent role. This is a hands-on permanent role involving general orchard operations and tree husbandry. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture and a strong work ethic, desirable applicants will come with a willingness to learn and an interest in working in horticulture.
In this role you will:
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all tasks related to tree husbandry, including pruning, thinning, planting, and general tree care Assist with the installation, handling, and maintenance of reflector cloth Support daily orchard operations across seasonal activities

Reliable transport to get to and from work Previous horticultural or orchard work experience Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and reliability A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
