Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality table service to customers
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and wine, assisting customers with menu and drink recommendations
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Assist with general restaurant duties as required
Maintain a clean and organised service area
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a waiter/waitress
Good knowledge of Mexican food and wine
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
Work Conditions:
Must be available to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must have an updated CV
