A local employer is seeking reliable and experienced Casual Agricultural Field Workers for seasonal, field-based work across the Marlborough region and other locations as required.
This role involves physically demanding outdoor work in a variety of environments and weather conditions. Tasks may include general agricultural and field work, vegetation management, and other duties as required.
The employer is looking for practical, hardworking people who take pride in completing tasks safely and to a high standard.
Hourly rate is $25 + 8% holiday pay.
Job Requirements
Ideally you will have: • Full, clean driver’s licence • Grow Safe certification • Chainsaw ticket (preferred) • Previous agricultural, forestry, or field experience • Strong physical fitness • Willingness to travel and stay away when required
You must be: • Reliable and punctual • Drug and alcohol free • Safety focused • Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Work is seasonal and casual. Availability depends on weather, contracts, and operational demand. (20 hours per week)
