Builder/Labourer
About this job
We are looking for a new team member who is confident and capable at managing their own work on site. You will heading out to client's homes and completing either renovation or repair work on a daily basis. This will see you exposed to a wide range of work and you will need to be able to identify the root cause, and problem solve on the go. You will need to operate professionally and care about the quality and efficiency of your work.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who have the skills in residential construction and are looking for a chance to hit the ground running and continue their career.
You will have a company car and tools will be provided. You will also need strong customer service skills as occupants will likely be present.
Job Requirements
You need to be familiar with the following: - Concrete, - Fencing, - Insulation, pipes, and ducting, - Awnings, security screens, home improvement fittings, - Scaffolding assembly, - Minor earthworks, - Working alongside heavy machinery, - Support builders and trades people on site and clean-up.
You will also need to have: - A full Drivers licence - Motivated and reliable - Pass a drug test - No convictions for the past 5 years
