Agricultural Sprayer Operator – Full Time

Do you enjoy practical, hands-on work and being part of a team that helps keep a productive growing operation running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Agricultural Sprayer Operator to join our team.

This is a key role supporting crop health and productivity through careful and responsible application of crop protection products and related field tasks.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare, mix and apply crop protection products in accordance with label instructions and company procedures • Operate spray equipment and related machinery • Maintain accurate spray and compliance records • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly • Monitor conditions and ensure applications are completed appropriately • Support other operational tasks across the business when required

• Full New Zealand driver’s licence • Growsafe certification advantageous (or willingness to obtain) • Previous machinery or agricultural equipment experience beneficial • Comfortable working with agricultural chemicals and following safety procedures • Highly organised, diligent and thorough with good attention to detail • Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly • Flexible team player willing to assist in other operational roles when needed • Reliable and comfortable working outdoors in a dynamic environment
