We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a busy retail store. You will play a key part in driving sales, supporting team development, and ensuring customers receive a memorable shopping experience.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to maximise store performance through coaching, developing, and providing feedback to team members while maintaining strong operational and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store * Coach, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best * Drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets * Deliver an exceptional customer service experience * Maintain strong store presentation and brand standards * Assist in achieving targets across sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss * Help create a positive and motivating team environment

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience, ideally within fashion retail * Most up to date CV showcasing fashion retail experience * Strong leadership and communication skills * The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment * A passion for customer service and driving sales results * The ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve store goals * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills * Must be able to pass a MOJ/ Drug test
