About the Role This role offers a mix of commercial construction work such as new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs as well as rural projects, including farm sheds, workshops, storage structures, and steel frame builds. You’ll work both independently and as part of a skilled crew, delivering high quality workmanship across varied sites.
What They are Looking For Trade qualified Builder (LBP preferred) Experience in both commercial construction and rural shed building Confident in all aspects of timber, steel frame, and general construction Strong understanding of NZ building codes and Health & Safety requirements Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines Good communication and the ability to work within a team Ability to interpret plans and work unsupervised when required
Job Requirements
Full driver's license Ability to pass all pre employment checks, drug test, and criminal background checks. Trade qualified Builder (LBP preferred) or 10+ years of relevant building experience. Ability to get to yard in Morrinsville
