A local Piopio employer is looking for fulltime digger operators and tractor operators to join their hard working team.
Duties for the position include using heavy machinery on farms and in the bush to help with building forestry roads.
Candidates will need to be able to follow instructions, be reliable, have a good work ethic and be health and safety conscious.
You will need to at a minimum have digger operating/tractor driving experience and ideally have logging experience as when there isn’t enough work digger operating/tractor driving you will be required to help the logging teams.
You will also need to be confident in working in steep terrain as logging areas are typically very steep.

Job Requirements
Must have digger operating/tractor driving experience and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Specific licensing is not required just experience.

- Monday to Friday with occasional rostered weekend work (30 hours per week)
