Sales Assistant - Garden Centre

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join our Garden Centre team. This role is primarily focused on customer service, helping our customers find the products they need and providing knowledgeable advice about plants and garden supplies.

In addition to assisting customers, your responsibilities will include: • Unloading inwards goods (note: stock comes in bulk, so some physical strength is required) • Filling and replenishing stock on shelves and displays • General plant care and watering to keep the garden centre looking vibrant and healthy

• Previous customer service experience is required • Excellent communication and organisational skills • High level of physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items, as stock comes in bulk • Knowledge of gardening, plants, and garden products is an advantage • Able to pass pre-employment checks, including ACC and credit checks • Must have an updated CV outlining relevant experience
