As our Surfacing Supervisor, you’ll plan, organise and lead our regional surfacing crew to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and Delivery Manager to deliver programmes of work, optimise resources, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Lead, support and mentor surfacing crews, ensuring strong team culture and high performance. -Oversee day-to-day surfacing operations, including chip stockpiling, QA processes, and audits. -Work with delivery teams to programme and execute workflows effectively. -Track project financials, including actual vs target cost estimates. -Ensure all QA documentation, ITPs and as-builts are completed accurately. -Maintain excellent customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. -Drive Zero Harm by promoting safe, responsible behaviour and ensuring compliance. -Coordinate plant, people and resources for optimal utilisation.

Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical surfacing knowledge and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
-A strong background in surfacing/sealing operations. -Proven experience supervising teams in roading or civil construction. -Knowledge of surfacing specifications, QA procedures and audits. -Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. -Computer literacy and the ability to track and report on performance. -A Class 1 driver licence (Full)
