Duty Manager

•To maintain bar service as per the list of duties below, including restaurant bar service and food service •To perform all cleaning and maintenance duties both internally and externally as directed, for which adequate protective clothing shall be made available. •To ensure all furniture is maintained in a clean and tidy state and report to the Owner if broken or needs replacing. •To give prompt, efficient service to customers in a friendly manner. •To report immediately any breakages, repairs or maintenance required. •When responsible for locking up to ensure that all cash is placed in a safe, alarms set and the premises properly secured. To ensure that all computer functions necessary at close of business are completed. •To operate all entertainment and air conditioning systems as required. •Tables are to be cleaned when a table is vacated. On busier nights, this may be delayed, but it must be done when bar service slows down. •Food service is to be performed in a prompt, hygienic manner. •The Arcade games area is to be tidied regularly, including wiping the benches and removing glassware. •To comply with The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and its amendments on all matters specified in that Act concerning staff and employee functions.
