A very busy Family Restaurant in Manukau is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Cooks to join their team. Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience as a Cook. As an employee, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality meals to our valued patrons whilst ensuring that our restaurant and facilities are kept squeeky clean. Must have previous experience working in a fast paced hospitality environment, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience as a Cook Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of using kitchen equipment i.e. flat top grill, fryers, toasters, dishwasher machines etc. will be an advantage Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively Good time management and organisational skills Knowledge of food preparation, handling and presentation Good written and verbal command of the English language Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays. Roster is run 24/7, must be able to work swing (evening) & grave shifts as and when required. Must have own transport as no public transport near-by and will be working night shift's
