A Wellness Partners based in Cambridge are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities. Encourage their residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected. Enjoyment in interacting with older people and participating in meaningful work which has a real impact on people’s lives. Commitment to a high standard of performance with diligence and care. Availability to work rostered shifts including weekends and nights

Must pass a police check and drugs test Must be available for weekends NZQF - Level 2 or 3 qualification or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO skill Level 4) , Evidence of English test is required if from overseas
