Looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our team at our Ellerslie based Cafe
Key Responsibilities: • Reconciling the daily takings • Training and mentoring a small team • Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standard • Assisting with catering for events and functions • Providing friendly and efficient customer service, making every guest feel welcome • Operating and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the cafe workspace • Assisting with general cafe duties, including food preparation, stock management, and cleaning • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
Job Requirements
• At least one year of proven experience in hospitality, retail, or admin roles • Able to pass a security and medical check • Well-presented with excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven reliability and responsibility • Referees required

- Required to work every Sat & Sun & three rostered days Mon to Fri Hours are 6.30 am to 3.30 pm (35 hours per week)
