Class 4 Truck Driver – Civil Company
We are looking for an experienced Class 4 Truck Driver to join our civil construction team. Our yard is based in Drury, but the work is across different sites in Auckland.
What You Will Be Doing: • Drive a Class 4 truck to various job sites around Auckland • Safely move trucks and machinery into position for loading and unloading • Load and unload materials using tipping and lifting equipment • Make sure all loads are secure and safely balanced • Check that the truck is not overloaded and meets legal weight limits • Complete daily pre-start checks to make sure the truck is safe to drive • Report any faults or maintenance issues • Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules on site • Check delivery paperwork is correct • Inspect loads when delivering and collect required signatures or documents
What We Are Looking For: • Full and clean Class 4 driver licence • Experience driving trucks, preferably in civil or construction work • Good understanding of load safety and road rules • Strong focus on health and safety • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking • Able to work across different Auckland sites • Good communication skills

Job Requirements
• Full and clean Class 4 driver licence with driving experience • WTR licences (Wheels, Tracks and Rollers) • Able to pass a drug test • Able to pass an MOJ (Ministry of Justice) background check
