Experienced Tyre Technician

The Tyre Technician will be responsible for the fitting, maintenance, and repair of vehicle tyres, wheels, and related components while providing excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities -Fit, balance, and repair passenger, 4x4, and commercial vehicle tyres -Inspect tyres for wear and safety compliance -Perform wheel alignments and rotation (if trained) -Maintain tyre stock and manage inventory -Handle puncture repairs efficiently and safely -Ensure all workshop equipment is operated safely -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Provide friendly and professional service to customers -Report any vehicle safety issues to management

1- Experience in tyre fitting noted on your CV 2- Customer service and cash handling skills. 3- Full NZ Driver Licence. 4- Have transport to be able to get to work. 4- Physically fit and able to lift tyres safely. 5- Convictions will be considered case by case- there will be an MOJ check. 6- Willing and able to work stated days, including rostered weekends. 7- Be drug free to pass testing.

Bonus Skills (Advantageous): -Wheel alignment experience -Mechanical background -WOF authority (not essential but helpful)
