Duty Managers wanted to join a busy cafe team in St Heliers.
Responsibilities include: • Operations: Overseeing daily floor operations and ensuring the cafe is presented to high standards. • Leadership: Supporting and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer experiences. • Administration: Managing cash, stock control, and daily reporting. • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to food safety, health and safety, and liquor licensing requirements. • Customer Service: Professionally handling customer queries and resolving issues.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year’s hospitality management/supervisory/senior wait staff experience in a high-volume venue • LCQ qualification and General Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one quickly) • Availability to work the required shift hours

- Open 7 days a week, from early until late. Cafe opening hours: 7am to 10pm Shift hours. (30 hours per week)
