Siteworks Labourer

This vacancy is with a well respected earth moving contractor based in Ashburton, we are looking for a Siteworks Labourer to join our team.
As a labourer, you will play a key role in our 'Done Right' approach to projects - big or small within the Mid Canterbury region.
Earthworks and Civil Siteworks projects will include subdivisions, foundations, site preparation, driveways, carparks, land clearing, irrigation, along with service installation, entranceways and much more.
Tasks will include assisting operators with labour intensive tasks such as raking, shovelling, sweeping, tidying up sites, painting, and much more.
Minimum hours will be 40 per week and maximum hours will be 55 hours a week.
Skills You Will Need • Some experience working on and around heavy machinery. • Some experience working on construction sites. • Self-Motivation and be able to work unsupervised. • Be a team player and have good communication skills • Ability to complete a job to a high standard. • A good attitude towards Health and Safety.
Job Requirements
Must have a clean criminal record. No health / body issues - this is a labour intensive job. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

- Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm, Saturday 7am - 12pm (as required) (40 hours per week)
