Digital Marketing & Online Sales Coordinator

Looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Online Sales Coordinator to join a well-established automotive dismantling and towing business based in Onehunga.

• Open to both experienced digital marketing professionals and recent graduates who are confident with information technology and eager to build a career in online sales and marketing

About the Role: • Manage and expand the company’s online presence • Promote used car parts and market towing and vehicle removal services across digital platforms • Drive online enquiries, increase visibility, and convert leads into sales

Key Responsibilities • Create, manage, and optimise online listings for used car parts • Promote towing and vehicle removal services through digital marketing strategies • Manage social media platforms and online marketplace accounts • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online messaging • Take and upload quality photos of vehicle parts with accurate descriptions • Maintain and update website content • Monitor online performance and implement improvements to increase engagement and sales • Provide basic IT support and assist with system improvements where required

• Qualification in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential) • Experience in Google marketing and social media marketing is essential. • Recent graduates with strong IT skills are also welcome • Strong computer literacy and confidence using online platforms • Good understanding of social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently • Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage
