Delivery / Pick up Driver
About this job
We are looking for a reliable and professional driver to support our Petone charity store with pick-up and delivery services. You will play a key role in ensuring our donors and customers receive a timely and courteous service.
Main responsibilities: •To deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes on behalf of our Retail stores • To load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle. • To help contribute to providing a reliable, timely and professional service to our donors and customers, remembering you are representing the company when driving and interacting with customers. • To look to resolve any customer issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. • To maintain vehicles and equipment in good working condition and tidy • To inspect vehicles and equipment regularly to ensure in good working order.

Job Requirements
•Clean Full Class 1 Driver’s License (manual) is essential.
•Physically capable of handling items up to 25kg.
•Must pass pre-employment Ministry of Justice check and drug test.
