Stable, friendly, family-oriented bar/restaurant is seeking a Manager.
This person will be experienced and competent to manage the business independently. They will be Duty Manager and manage the Bar, FOH & oversee kitchen operations, with 10-12 staff.
Job Requirements
Must be experienced in all elements of restaurant & bar operation Needs to have LCQ, ideally also Duty Manager Certificate or qualified to obtain. Flexibility to work the hours hospitality demands, including evenings and weekends Will need drivers' license & car for getting to & from work Police Check & drug test may be requested
