About the Role - Garage Door Installation & Maintenance - Measure and assess sites for new and replacement garage doors - Install garage doors and automatic openers - Service, maintain, and repair garage doors and motors - Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions for clients - Maintain accurate stock levels of van parts and materials
Wardrobe & Storage Installation: - Measure and plan new and replacement wardrobe systems - Cut, assemble, and install wardrobe and storage shelving - Ensure high-quality finishes and precise installation
Customer Service: - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients onsite - Provide advice on product use, care, and maintenance - Maintain a clean and tidy worksite at all times - Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience
Health & Safety: - Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures - Conduct pre-site checks and complete required safety documentation - Keep company vehicles clean and presentable - Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in good working order
Skills & Experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability - Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and technical diagrams - Confident and competent using power and hand tools - Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials - Full NZ driver’s licence (manual and automatic) - Must pass MOJ
