About this job
Barista needed for busy Milford cafe: • You’ll be required to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, teas, and specialty drinks • Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service • Ensure the cafe area is always clean, well-stocked, and inviting. • Handle cash and card transactions accurately • Assist with food preparation and service • Resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Barista experience working in a busy cafe environment • Strong coffee-making skills and latte art • Able to handle +30kg coffees per week • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a passion for the hospitality industry • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
