Store Manager - Fast Food/Burger Outlet

A well-established fast food business in New Lynn is seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the team and drive outstanding store performance.

Duties include:

• Recruiting, training, staff appraisals and assessments • Motivating, mentoring and leading staff to achieve set goals and KPIs • Completing store administration (rosters, weekly close off, Kitchen Logbook, monthly audits, etc.) • Dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) • Responsible for the financial performance of the store, maintaining budgets and maximising sales and profitability • Responsible for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and overall store maintenance • Adhering to and enforcing company policies and guidelines • Communicating memos and other information from Head Office • Ensuring store and staff hygiene is maintained at the highest standard • Conducting weekly Shift Manager meetings
